BANGLADESH A SINGLE Postage Stamp - This is a genuine issue by Bangladesh It was Issued for the Under 19's World Cup in 2004 - see the special postmark below. But it was withdrawn at once. The stamp shows the ICC Official logo, and although it was supposed to be issued on 5th March 2004 - A special postmark was used on a limited number which were actually issued - it is thought that because official sanction was not obtained to use the ICC Logo, the issue was withdrawn It has now been re-issued (date to follow) and so There are TWO dates of issue and TWO First Day Covers. This stamp has now been moved from being Cinderella Cin087 to its rightful place as a bona-fide postage stamp. Thanks to the vigilance of Richard Ley, once again.
